These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any coaching, training or speaking engagement booked with Monicah Wanjohi / Unleash Your Character ("we", "us").
A booking request submitted through this site is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our team. Fees, deposits and payment schedules will be agreed in writing before any paid programme begins.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee, communicated at time of booking.
Everything shared during a coaching session is kept confidential. Stories are only shared publicly with your written permission, and names are changed unless you request otherwise.
All content on this site — text, images, video and course materials — belongs to Unleash Your Character and may not be reproduced without permission.
